Servercrust is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a refund policy on new purchases of VPS hosting and dedicated servers. Please keep in mind the following conditions:
Prepaid Contracts
If the server is part of a prepaid contract and has already been ordered from our vendors, a refund is not available.
Billing Cycle
Refunds can only be processed if the current billing cycle has not yet concluded.
Please note: Refunds for purchases made via credit card or PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method. Servercrust is not responsible for any additional charges or fees applied by PayPal, credit card companies, or other payment gateways.
Cancellation Procedure
To ensure a smooth cancellation and refund process, please follow the steps below:
Submit a cancellation ticket
To cancel your hosting package, submit a support ticket at least 5 days before the end of your billing period. Please include the reason for cancellation.
Written confirmation processed
Your cancellation request will be processed upon receipt of written notification. The 5-day notice period begins once we receive your request.
Email confirmation sent
You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. Our Billing or Support team may reach out if further details are needed.
